I’m an independent IT services provider with hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, website management, and network setup. I have supported clients with secure web updates, small business networking, data recovery, and peripheral configurations.

I have gained strong practical knowledge in Linux, Windows, and embedded systems through personal and collaborative projects. I hold an Advanced Diploma in IT (Computer Systems & Networks) from MCAST, where I specialised in network administration, infrastructure design, and virtualisation.

I am an Odoo Certified Expert, holding the official Odoo 19 Functional Certification from Odoo S.A. I deploy and customise Odoo ERP environments for clients on Odoo.sh — covering app configuration, module setup, and day-to-day business workflows.

  • Networking: LAN Fundamentals, Routing & WAN, and Network Administration — configuring Cisco switches and routers, VLANs, trunking, STP, and dynamic routing across multi-site topologies.
  • Advanced Cisco Packet Tracer: designed and simulated enterprise-scale networks end to end, implementing inter-VLAN routing, OSPF/EIGRP, DHCP, NAT/PAT, and ACL-based traffic control, then validating them through structured connectivity and packet-flow testing.

Cisco Packet Tracer Network Design

Multi-zone office and co-working network simulations.

Built star, bus, and mesh topologies with full device placement and signal coverage planning. Configured inter-VLAN routing, trunking, STP, DHCP, NAT/PAT, and ACL-based traffic control, then validated them through ARP, ICMP, and packet-flow testing. Used Wireshark to identify plain-text credential exposure over unsecured HTTP POST.

End-to-end design and build of a three-site, 76-user network for a regulated auditing firm.
